FAQ’s

Is Triumph Protection Group licensed?

Yes. Triumph Protection Group is licensed, bonded, and insured, holding California BSIS licenses PPO #119897 and PI #28741, with credentials verified before any officer is scheduled.

What areas do you serve?

We provide security across the United States and Canada. In the US our teams cover California, Nevada, Texas, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Colorado, Ohio, Oklahoma, North Carolina and Tennessee, and in Canada we serve Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia and Quebec. Remote camera monitoring and Watchtower units can be deployed almost anywhere.

How many security professionals do you have?

PENDING: Our team includes licensed security officers, investigators and monitoring operators. The client will confirm the current headcount.

How long has Triumph been in business?

Triumph Protection Group has more than 13 years of experience protecting businesses, properties and people, and has served over 1,145 clients across industries.

What types of security services do you offer?

We offer four core services: live camera monitoring, uniformed and plain-clothes professional security, licensed investigations, and Watchtower mobile surveillance units. We combine them into one plan for retail, healthcare, corporate, hospitality, event, industrial, school, government and personal protection clients.

Are your officers armed or unarmed?

Both. Unarmed officers deter, observe, report and call for help, which suits most commercial, retail and residential posts. Armed officers also hold a firearms permit and are deployed where a risk assessment justifies it. We help you choose based on your site's actual exposure.

How quickly can you deploy security?

Short-notice and emergency coverage is part of our service. Tell us the site, hours and requirements and we will confirm a start time right away, then follow up with written post orders and a site walk with your team.

Do you serve small businesses as well as large enterprises?

Yes. We protect single storefronts and multi-site organizations alike. Coverage is scoped to your site, hours and risks, so a small business pays only for what it needs while larger clients get one partner for every location.

Is Triumph veteran-owned?

PENDING: The client will confirm ownership details for this answer.

What is live camera monitoring?

Trained operators at our monitoring center watch your cameras in real time during your scheduled coverage windows. Analytics bring genuine activity to an operator's screen within seconds, and every alert is verified by a person before anyone is dispatched.

Can you use my existing cameras?

Usually yes. Most current IP camera systems can be integrated. Where specific cameras fall short at night or miss key approaches, we identify those rather than insisting on replacing a working system.

What does an investigation include?

Licensed investigators handle surveillance, background checks, internal theft, insurance and workers' compensation matters. You receive a written report supported by timestamped evidence with documented chain of custody.

What is a Watchtower unit?

Watchtower is a solar-powered mobile surveillance tower with cameras, lights and LTE connectivity. It needs no site power or internet, and its alerts are reviewed live by our operators.

Can you combine several services?

Yes. Many clients pair on-site officers with camera monitoring or a Watchtower unit, so people cover the busy hours and technology covers the rest. We design the mix around your site and budget.

Do you operate outside California?

Yes. Our headquarters is in Vacaville, California, and we provide security in multiple US states and Canadian provinces. See our locations for the current list.

Do you provide 24/7 coverage?

Yes. Officers, monitoring and Watchtower units can run around the clock or on the schedule you choose, and our team is reachable 24/7.

Can you cover multiple sites under one contract?

Yes. Multi-site clients get one point of contact, consistent post orders and reporting across every location.

Can you cover temporary sites and events?

Yes. We staff one-day events, seasonal needs and construction phases, and Watchtower units can be delivered to remote or temporary sites.

Are your officers licensed?

Yes. Every uniformed officer holds a current BSIS guard card in California, or the equivalent license in other states, verified against the state record before scheduling and re-verified at each renewal.

How are officers trained?

Officers complete state-required training plus site-specific orientation covering your post orders, access rules, patrol routes and escalation contacts before their first shift.

What are post orders?

Post orders are the written instructions for a specific site: who may enter, patrol routes and tour intervals, what gets logged, and when to call a supervisor or 911. They keep coverage consistent from shift to shift.

Can officers work in plain clothes?

Yes. Plain-clothes officers suit retail loss prevention and discreet protection, while uniformed officers provide a visible deterrent. Many sites use both.

How do I receive reports?

Officers log patrols, incidents and observations during every shift, and you receive clear reports so you always know what happened on site.

How do I get a quote?

Call 800-224-0286 or send us a message with your site, hours and concerns. A security expert will review your needs and prepare a proposal.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing depends on the service, the number of officers or cameras, coverage hours, licensing requirements such as armed posts, and the length of the agreement. We quote clearly before any work starts.

Do you offer a site assessment?

Yes. We walk your site, review risks and existing equipment, and recommend the right combination of officers, monitoring and technology.

Is there a minimum contract length?

We support both short-term needs, such as events and emergencies, and ongoing agreements. Terms are agreed in your proposal.
